Incoming Quality Control
All raw materials — steel tubes, fabric panels, wheel assemblies and hardware — are inspected upon arrival against purchase specifications and EN 581 load standards.
In-Process Quality Control
Continuous monitoring during frame welding, fabric sewing, and wheel assembly. Key checks include weld integrity, stitch count, and hinge mechanism smoothness.
Outgoing Quality Control
Finished wagons undergo full functional testing — load capacity test (150kg), folding mechanism cycle test (500x), and waterproof coating verification.
